Michael Snatchko, Operations Director

Michael is an operations specialist who works with FMCG and CPG brands entering or expanding in the United States. He helps establish and manage the operational processes that support day-to-day business activities, including U.S. market entry, supply chain coordination, order-to-cash operations, and regulatory support such as FDA labeling and FSVP.

Much of this work takes place behind the scenes, where attention to detail and process management are critical. Michael works with brands to address operational challenges, improve coordination across business functions, and support the systems and processes required to serve the U.S. market. His experience spans supply chain operations, customer service, compliance, retailer and distributor requirements, and the day-to-day execution needed to support sustainable growth.
